- Each school has a dedicated named Personnel Adviser who has specific responsibility for the school, college or academy to ensure trust and confidence. Every Personnel/Payroll Adviser is a member of a team with a Principal Manager.
- The full HR service provides each school with a dedicated Payroll Adviser who has a close working relationship with the Personnel Adviser ensuring a comprehensive, efficient and accurate service.
- On site attendance at the school, as necessary, at no extra cost.
