We are continuously seeking to appoint Senior HR practitioners with a proven track record of managing and solving complex casework within a unionised environment, ideally within Schools and Academies although not essential. You need not be based locally to the EPM offices in Huntingdon as our customers are based throughout England with a large number in the Midlands, South West and London areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individuals looking to start or develop further a career in Payroll.
We are seeking to appoint a Trainee Payroll Administrator to assist in the running of an integrated HR/payroll service for schools. We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with the opportunity to “earn while you learn”. We provide an in-house training programme and the possibility of studying for a degree or relevant external qualification.
Working alongside an experienced Payroll Administrator, as part of a supportive team, the role involves providing a comprehensive payroll administration and advice service to schools and academies. You will need to be detail conscious, computer literate, able to work to deadlines and able to quickly establish credibility with our customers.
We are also seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-1.5 years experience in a payroll environment and will be looking to develop their career further. Experience in Education Payroll would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Human Resources Administrator & Trainee Human Resources AdviserBased in Huntingdon.
This is a full time position and salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful organisation and establish a career in Human Resources. Initially you will be required to provide first class administrative support to a portfolio of schools, including issuing contracts of employment, payroll and pension notifications as well as dealing with telephone queries from Headteachers, Governors and School Administrators. Full training will be provided and consideration may be given to supporting the CIPD qualification for the right candidate. Working alongside an experienced Human Resources Adviser, you will have the opportunity to develop your role within the company.
You should be of graduate calibre, an excellent communicator and have the ability to use your first class IT skills to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines. The ability to quickly establish credibility with customers is essential.
