On-Boarding Administrator

Based in Huntingdon and voted ‘Employer of the year 2018’ at the Huntingdonshire Business Awards, Education Personnel Management (EPM) is looking to appoint career-driven, enthusiastic, detail conscious individuals to join a market leading team as an On-Boarding Coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to embark on or develop their career with a successful company.

As On-boarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service whilst supporting the wider teams to seamlessly on-board new customers to EPM maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and customer service. You will initially be one of the first points of contact for new schools transferring for HR and/ or Payroll & Pensions to EPM, building a collaborative working relationship and supporting the on-boarding of their data. Once on-boarded you will provide a full and thorough hand over to the HR, Payroll and Pensions teams, ensuring a seamless transition.

The ideal applicant will have strong mathematical skills, worked within a similar, client focused environment and be comfortable with liaising with all departments within an organisation at all levels. They will also be highly competent in dealing with strict deadlines. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential to the success of this role.
