Fire Extinguisher Servicing

It is a legal requirement to have your fire extinguishers serviced at least once a year by a competent and appropriately trained person.

Emergency Lighting Testing

In the event of a fire, emergency lights play an integral role in your evacuation procedures, ensuring everyone safely makes it to the nearest exit route.

However, they can only do this if they are functioning correctly, which is why it is a legal requirement to test them yourself at least once a month, as well as commission an annual inspection by a competent and trained individual.
