Trust HR Officer

35 hours, term time + 2 weeks
£18,638.66 per annum

The Nene Education Trust is a forward thinking and developing Multi Academy Trust. There are currently 5 academies in the Trust with plans to grow to 7 over the next six months.

To support this growth, we are looking to further develop our central services team and wish to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and suitably qualified HR Officer to join this dynamic and friendly team. Primarily based at our academies and central office in Raunds, the post holder will be line managed by the HR Director and required to travel and work at our other academies as required.

The role is broad based and will require a ‘hands on’ approach and a willingness to support academy-based staff with day to day HR routines and tasks. Duties will include supporting our academies on all aspects of the recruitment process, HR Administration and advising on a wide range of employment matters.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and experience of employment law and human resources, preferably in an educational or similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to handle issues with confidence and sensitivity are also essential.
