Early Years Practitioner
New Point 20 (annual pro rata salary of £19,133pa)

This job advert is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative staffing team as an Early Years Practitioner.

The successful candidate will be a member of a professional team lead by the family group lead teacher to provide quality care and education which fosters children’s all round development within the framework of the Foundation Stage. To share the team’s responsibility for meeting together to plan and evaluate appropriate learning experiences that will promote the physical, social, emotional, cultural, spiritual, moral and cognitive development of each individual child. Plan, prepare, deliver, assess, report and mark learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes under an agreed system of supervision.

The Phoenix School caters for pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties.
It is therefore essential that interested candidates have a genuine interest in this area of development.
