English Lead + Y5/6 teacher

Benwick Primary School is a small welcoming and vibrant village school in the heart of the Fens. Due to the promotion of our English Lead, the governors wish to appoint a teacher with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice who is child centred and will support our school values. This is an ideal post for someone seeking to develop their leadership experience.
We are seeking an ambitious professional with experience of leading a team, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvements and raising standards.
The class commitment for this role is a full time position in a mixed Year 5/6 class. We are seeking a teacher who has Key Stage 2 experience with an excellent track record in behaviour management and success in improving outcomes.
