We are seeking teachers who are interested in developing their pedagogy and practice, as part of our dynamic staff team, and who are committed to ensuring the best outcomes for all children. We have a strong culture of research-based practice and encourage staff to engage with enquiry-based learning.
Applications are invited from outstanding teachers keen to advance their careers or NQTs who have outstanding references and have been highly successful in their training. There may be opportunities for leadership roles for those with the appropriate experience. All new staff will join our supportive professional development programme, and we provide a focused induction programme for NQTs.
You will be joining The Grove at a time when we are seeking to build on our good practice, raising the aspirations of and improving the outcomes for all children. You will be working with our motivated and enthusiastic children who come from a range of backgrounds and alongside our talented, creative and dedicated team.
