Red Balloon supports young people unable to attend mainstream school because of bullying, anxiety or other trauma to reconnect with life and learning.
We provide our students with a safe environment, clear boundaries for behaviour, and an individual full-time academic, well-being and therapeutic programme.
Once our students have regained their confidence and are able to cope academically and socially, we support them in their return to mainstream school, their entry to further education or to employment. Red Balloon cannot do any of this with our valued staff members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service focused IT Support Assistant. They will work to ensure that the IT service is efficient and compliant as well as providing IT support, training, troubleshooting and any other assistance as necessary. They will prepare tech for new staff and students. They will be the first point of contact for staff and pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our IT support services. They will ensure records and asset registers are accurate and up to date, and ensure equipment is well maintained, safe, and available to use as required.

This is a new, fast-paced and varied role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a broad range of IT knowledge. They must possess the ability to build positive working relationships with all staff and managers.
