The Ferrers School is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic SENCo / Teacher of Special Educational Needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly motivated professional to play a key part in the leadership of our Special Educational Needs department. The successful candidate would lead the department supporting and promoting an inclusive culture throughout the school, enabling all students to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and experienced SEN Teacher with three or more years’ experience as a successful classroom practitioner who wishes to develop their career as a member of the extended Leadership Team.
