Disciplinary: How to Manage and Conduct Disciplinary Investigations
Investigating disciplinary and grievance cases is a skill which needs to be developed. Failure to properly investigate could undermine any later processes and lead to legal liability. Any person undertaking such an investigation should be trained in the requirements of employment law.
Who is it for?
HR employees, senior and middle leaders who may be asked to undertake an investigation as part of their duties.
How long will it last?
This is a half day event.
What will I learn?
