Training and Support

Formal Training

We ensure your team are comfortable with our portals and website by providing comprehensive training and support via our on-boarding webinar, step-by-step guides and your dedicated EPM team. We are also happy to provide further training via Skype.

In addition, we provide you with proactive updates on the latest legislation changes in the education sector via our advice notes, webinars and bi-annual updates to ensure you remain at the forefront of the education sector.

Additional Training

We can also provide additional or bespoke training which falls outside of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for an additional cost, at your request.

Close Working Relationships

To ensure a seamless service and to allow matters to be addressed consistently, we provide you with dedicated named EPM contacts, with named emails and direct dial numbers, who have specific responsibility for your school. This ensures that your EPM contacts fully understand all the terms and conditions in relation to your school and any day-to-day working practices.

Flexible and Comprehensive Reporting

Our reporting suite provides you with extensive information on your employees, which can be downloaded from our portal and tailored to your exact needs. Reports include rolling absence reports (when you use our integrated Payroll & Pensions service), teacher and support salary assessment forms, staffing lists, leavers lists, pre-employment checks list and support with your School Workforce Census, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and the Apprenticeship Levy.

Automation to Minimise Errors

Our extensive education experience has enabled us to develop automated systems and processes to save you time and minimise the scope for error, such as:

  • Automated continuous service increments
  • Automated alerts on the portal identifying upcoming contract changes for the term such as temporary appointments, hours and allowances that are due to end

Dedicated On-Boarding Team

Our dedicated and meticulous on-boarding team liaise proactively with you and provide unlimited support to ensure a smooth transition to EPM at no additional cost. We will provide guidance on the completion of transfer spreadsheets, provide template text and documents that you can send to your current providers and provide an on-boarding checklist to identify tasks for completion to ensure the timely and effective transfer of information.
