Shepeau Stow & Gedney Hill Church of England Primary School Federation
“Two Schools One Vision”
Executive Headteacher Alison Buddle
Teaching Assistant - temporary depending on the needs of the school.
Salary scale G6-G9 (pro-rata) 20 hours pw.
We require a teaching assistant to work at Shepeau Stow Primary School as soon as possible.
Shepeau Stow Primary School is a ‘good’ school with a clear vision for the future. We currently have 75 pupils on roll and are federated with Gedney Hill C of E Primary School. New members of staff may be required to work in either of our schools. This is an exciting opportunity to join a federation and work collaboratively across the two schools as well as a further four schools in a local collaboration.
We require an enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistant to join our committed and vibrant team. You will be a good team player with a
commitment to raising standards and will need the ability to work well within a small team of staff. You will have a secure knowledge of how children learn and will understand the role that positive self-esteem and self- confidence have in supporting learning; knowledge of working with pupils with additional needs would be an advantage.
Shepeau Stow Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All posts are subject to pre-employment checks. References will be sought and successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. As an equal opportunities employer, Shepeau Stow Primary School welcomes applications from professionals irrespective of race, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
Visits to the school are encouraged. Please contact the School Business Manager Colette Ladley on 01406 330395 or email@example.com
