Hampton Gardens is a new 11-19 free school which opened in September 2017 to an initial intake of 180 Year 7 students. When full the school will accommodate 1200 students in years 7-11 and 300 students in Sixth Form. Hampton Gardens is part of the Hampton Academies Trust who also run the highly successful and popular Hampton College.

Teacher of Maths

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths to be responsible for KS3 intervention at Hampton Gardens during their first year. The role may also involve supporting with intervention across key stages (including KS5) at Hampton College during this time. This position provides an exciting and unique opportunity to assist with the development of the maths department as Hampton Gardens continues to grow.

Although during the first year the main purpose of the role will be to deliver intervention sessions with the primary place of work being Hampton Gardens, should a maths teaching requirement arise at either Hampton Gardens or Hampton College during this time it is expected that the successful applicant would be re-deployed to deliver a teaching timetable as required. In year two onwards the role will convert to a full teaching position with the location determined by teaching requirements, therefore applicants should be prepared to work at either school within the Trust.
