St John’s C E Primary School (a part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust) is seeking to appoint a Support Assistant (named child contract linked to a specific pupil)
Hours of work: 32.5 hours (08:50 to 15:20 Monday to Friday, term-time only.)
Payscale: £18,795 – £19,171 (pro rata of hours worked)

We are looking to appoint a Support Assistant to support a pupil in Year 2 who has specific SEN requirements including significant difficulties with speech, language and communication. They will need to be enthusiastic, caring and well organised with good communication skills. Experience of working with children with SEND would be essential.

The minimum educational requirement is GCSE Grades A – C or equivalent in Maths and English. The minimum desirable educational requirement is A Levels (A – C Grades) or equivalent.
